Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DHL or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally. 

International orders on average take around 10 working days and in some rare cases even more than that in transit time.

International Orders: Please note that Malak Jewelry is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Whenever an order you placed through DHL ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your Malak Jewelry Account, or used during the checkout process.
